Insight Global is expanding its Engineering Department and seeks a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team in delivering high-quality construction projects. The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and clear communication.

The candidate should have a solid foundation in project management methodologies and be adept at coordinating with field teams, preparing deliverables, and assisting with bids and procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet project deadlines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings and architectural plans
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Support the submission of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Assist in preparing bid packages and managing procurement processes
• Contribute to BOM and labor budgets, and help compile pre-job packages
• Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements
