Job summary

Insight Global seeks a construction project leader to oversee industrial construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance across sites. You will conduct progress meetings, manage RFIs/NCRs, and coordinate documentation and logistics for multiple projects.

The role requires travel to project sites, oversight of contractor performance, and experience with large industrial environments. A strong QA/QC background and ability to manage risks are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong safety background with contractor oversight experience.
• Experience with RFQs, schedules, RFIs, NCRs, constructability reviews, and reporting.
• Experience leading contractors and field crews on large industrial projects.
• Ability to travel and work at project sites for extended periods.
• Heavy industrial experience (steel, mining, chemical, power, refining, manufacturing).
• Turnaround, commissioning, or start-up experience.
• Quality control / QA-QC experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and contractor performance.
• Lead safety, quality, and schedule compliance efforts.
• Conduct construction meetings and progress reporting.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, NCRs, schedules, and site logistics.
• Track project risks, delays, costs, and completion milestones through closeout.
