Responsibilities

• Schedule work to meet timetables in a safe manner per plans and specs.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and manage crews on site.
• Execute Work Plans and monitor adherence to budgets and cost controls.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure plan, specs and schedules compliance.
• Maintain daily reports and ensure safe on-site operations.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce company policies.
