Job summary

Durus Industrial, LLC. is actively seeking experienced Foremen to lead field crews on heavy industrial projects in Chandler, AZ. The Foreman will be responsible for direct oversight of craft labor, daily field execution, safety enforcement, and the coordination of work activities.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in industrial construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain production standards while ensuring safety compliance. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial or heavy civil construction experience.
• Prior experience leading crews in industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned field crews and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents.
• Execute work safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Maintain daily production tracking and manpower reporting.
