Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications/ Licenses: NCCER, TWIC and DL
• Experience – 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents, submittals, and shop drawings to determine the scope and required manpower by craft for each construction phase.
• Execute Work Plans for major components of work and monitor adherence to those plans.
• Maintain all equipment assigned to crew and conduct preventive maintenance training for operators.
• Provide detailed construction plans for each day and a general plan for one week.
• Inspect work in progress and ensure it is performed within tolerances.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors to ensure compliance with plan, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct Tool Box and JHA Safety Meetings to prevent accidents.
