Job summary

Torrey Holistics in the United States is seeking a seasoned professional to lead estimating and project management for non-residential industrial construction. You will manage labor, equipment, and materials estimates, coordinate kickoff to closeout, and hire/lead team members to meet workload demands.

You will craft professional client communications, close profitable sales, and ensure records flow to finance and project teams. Travel to sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing industrial construction projects.
• Experience estimating labor, equipment, and materials.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle estimating for labor, manhours, equipment, and materials on new industrial construction projects.
• Project management from kickoff to closeout, ensuring scope clarity, schedule control, and budget discipline.
• Hiring and managing new team members to meet workload demands.
• Crafting clear, professional sales letters that align with client direction and eliminate scope misunderstandings.
• Closing sales with professionalism while safeguarding company margins.
• Submitting complete, accurate records to the Office Manager for financial system needs.
• Tracking all sales and projects to build a history useful to financial institutions and future customers.
• Preparing sales growth budgets that forecast in time horizons from at least 1 month up to 12 months.
• Driving business development to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Owning all outgoing correspondence—letters, forms, and information—to customers, vendors, and partners, ensuring professional presentation and factual accuracy that protects the client from potential litigation.
