Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a Traveling Skilled Trades Project Manager to oversee multiple trades projects across various locations. You’ll build and maintain schedules, budgets, rolling forecasts, and actively mitigate risks.

Ensure adherence to contract scope, designs, codes, and safety rules while coordinating field activities, labor, materials, and subcontractors. Travel will be 75–90%; require 5–7+ years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years managing skilled-trades work on multi-site or large projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Procore.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end oversight of multiple skilled-trades projects across locations.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and rolling forecasts; identify and mitigate risks.
• Adhere to contract scope, designs, codes, and safety regulations; coordinate daily field activities, labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Primary client interface: lead status updates, progress meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Documentation management: RFIs, change orders, project correspondence, reports, and performance summaries.
• Financial stewardship: monitor job costs, labor hours, and material spend; approve invoices; track POs; vendor negotiations.
• Team leadership: supervise field teams and foremen; mentor and develop talent; uphold operational excellence and compliance.
• Safety leadership: enforce safety policies; support OSHA and company-standard compliance; facilitate audits and corrective actions.
