Job summary

JT Thorpe is seeking a Project Manager to bridge customer needs with well-planned, executed solutions using JT THORPE’s equipment and workforce. You will lead crews safely to deliver durable answers for customers.

Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee all sizes of industrial construction projects, directing onsite activities, contract administration, submittals, procurement, and schedule requirements to ensure quality, profitability, safety, and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to self-structure; independence and organization.
• Hardworking, self-starter aiming for long-term career with company.
• Customer service: respond to needs, solicit feedback, meet commitments.
• Willingness to travel based on project demands.
• Strong work ethic for long hours on site.
• High integrity, assertiveness, and urgency.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of scaffolding, coatings, painting, and insulation preferred.

Responsibilities

• On and off‑site management of projects and teams.
• Manage project logistics: equipment and materials.
• Develop work procedures and oversee quality control programs.
• Oversee superintendents and workforce.
• Monitor project cost, scheduling, and profitability.
