Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks a construction estimator with piping experience to lead heavy full cycle bids, post-award activities, and vendor coordination. The role requires knowledge of the National Piping Code and experience in commercial, healthcare, K-12, or industrial estimating, including budgets and schematic design.

The candidate should be willing to relocate and work with subcontractors. Proficiency in Quotesoft or Accubid improves candidacy and supports scoping, buyouts, and post-mortem

Qualifications

• Must have Constriction and Piping experience.
• Develop and promote fair and positive relationships with team members.
• Heavy full cycle bid experience.
• Post award experience.
• National Piping Code knowledge.
• Experience in commercial or healthcare, k-12 or industrial or conceptual estimating (budgets, schematic design) construction experience.
• Will relocate.
• Experience with vendors, subcontractors.
• Need Quotesoft or Accubid or other estimating software experience.
• Team culture, communication, buyouts, write a scope letter, kickoffs, post mortems.

Responsibilities

• Team collaboration to develop bids and manage procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to align estimations with project scope.
• Lead post award activities and scope letter development; facilitate kickoffs and post mortems.
