Qualifications

• Experience with lab safety rules and clean work areas.
• Ability to assemble and tear down test equipment including piping systems and electrical components.
• Experience recording data and communicating results to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and tear down test equipment and piping for fuel and air systems.
• Conduct testing and development on burners and combustion hardware; follow procedures and record data.
• Maintain and repair lab facilities and instrumentation; implement improvements to the lab.
• Fabricate parts for test apparatus using metalworking tools such as drill presses, lathes, and welding equipment.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to codes during testing.
