Mike & Jerry's Paint and Supply is seeking an Industrial Coatings Territory Manager to grow our coatings business across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This field-based role focuses on new business development while growing customer relationships within an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will prospect, open new accounts, and own a territory with travel required and frequent customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales, territory sales, and business development.
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Self-motivated, able to manage a territory independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to learn technical products and convey their value.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and secure new industrial business across the territory.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Build relationships with owners, plant managers, and decision-makers.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts with new products and opportunities.
• Conduct visits, presentations, trials, and product conversions.
• Create territory plans to grow sales, gross profit, and market share.
• Forecast opportunities and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with directors, branches, suppliers, and reps.
