Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to support CNC systems in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. You will perform field service, installations, and preventive maintenance to keep critical equipment running at peak performance.

You will troubleshoot issues, train customers on-site, and collaborate with operators, engineers, and leadership while maintaining thorough service documentation. Local travel with minimal overnights and no weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Set up and operated CNC mills and lathes.
• Maintained CNC or heavy industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service, machine installations, and preventive maintenance programs for clients.
• Troubleshoot issues, restore uptime, and deliver on-the-spot training as needed.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with operators, engineers, and leadership.
• Uphold Ellison’s standards on every engagement.
• Own your work: keep precise records and technical documentation for all service cases and projects.
