Qualifications

• 5–8 years journeyman level experience.
• Knowledge of civil construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layouts.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate civil foremen, craft personnel, and equipment operators.
• Oversee excavation, grading, concrete, formwork, reinforcing steel, underground utilities, and general civil work.
• Verify grades, elevations, dimensions, layouts, formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, and anchor bolts.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Participate in toolbox talks, JSA, pre-job planning, and safety meetings.
• Maintain records and provide progress updates as required.
