Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a tire technician for a building automation and industrial technology client with a long history. The role supports dock operations, tire placement, and trailer exchanges in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must be able to lift 20–100 lbs, operate a yard tractor, forklift, and bobcat, and navigate stairs and catwalks. Shifts rotate across 1st–3rd, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must lift 20–100 lbs and maneuver tires.
• Able to operate yard tractor, forklift, and bobcat.
• Must climb stairs and work on catwalks or other elevated areas.
• Technicians are required to adhere to a rotating shift schedule (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).

Responsibilities

• Places a tire on each empty hook as they pass the dock loading area.
• Removes empty trailers from the dock, and replace with full trailers.
• Completes paperwork, record keeping, and sampling as required; assists in maintaining plant housekeeping standards.
• Promptly reports unusual circumstances, problems or difficulties to supervisor.
