Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, mechanical, rail, construction, or heavy equipment environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic tool use.
• Experience with heavy equipment, conveyors, or bulk material systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bulk cement terminal equipment, including railcar unloading systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Load and unload cement from railcars and trucks while ensuring efficient material flow.
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and perform basic repairs.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, documentation, and inventory records.
