Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled tire technician to support a client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. The role involves handling tires, operating yard equipment, and working across a rotating 1st–3rd shift schedule.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 20–100 lbs, and operate forklift, bobcat, and yard tractor. The position emphasizes safety and accurate paperwork at the dock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift tires ranging 20–100 lbs and handle heavier tires.
• Able to operate yard tractor, forklift and bobcat.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders, work on catwalks or other unusual work areas.
• Rotating shift schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Places a tire on each empty hook as they pass the dock loading area.
• Removes empty trailers from the dock and replace with full trailers.
• Completes paperwork, record keeping, and sampling as required; assists in maintaining plant housekeeping standards.
• Promptly reports unusual circumstances, problems or difficulties to supervisor.
