Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Cement Technician at the Whitehall Cement Plant in PA to safely and efficiently maintain the tire supply on the kiln tire delivery system. You will load tires from trucks, move trailers and complete required paperwork.

The role requires a High School diploma/GED, ability to lift 20–100 lbs, and operation of yard tractors, forklifts and bobcats, plus a rotating shift schedule with strong safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Able to lift tires 20-100 lbs and maneuver heavier tires.
• Experience operating yard tractor, forklift and bobcat.
• Willingness to work rotating 1st-3rd shifts.
• Must follow safety PPE protocols.

Responsibilities

• Places a tire on each empty hook as they pass the dock loading area.
• Disposes of unusable material as prescribed.
• Removes empty trailers from the dock, and replace with full trailers.
• Completes paperwork, record keeping, and sampling as required.
• Assists in maintaining plant housekeeping standards.
• Promptly reports unusual circumstances, problems or difficulties to supervisor.
• Demonstrates commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.
