Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the entire campus, interior and exterior. The ideal candidate will have electrical, mechanical, and plumbing knowledge and the ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

You will lead the Facilities team, partner with Production, Engineering, R&D, and EHS, and manage safety, compliance, and budgets. This role combines hands-on management with strategic planning for rapid site growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience supporting facilities in aerospace, defense, automotive or other manufacturing settings.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in management of EHS in a facility.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Independent worker who can handle ambiguity and drive to outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day facilities operations across a large campus including production, manufacturing, engineering, and test support.
• Provide dynamic leadership for the site Facilities department and develop a world-class team
• Partner with site leadership for Production, Engineering, R&D, and EHS to support rapid expansion and growth
• Oversee maintenance of fire suppression, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other utility repairs
• Develop scopes of work for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects as the campus evolves
• Collaborate with equipment owners on future equipment moves and planning for production spaces
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with maintenance service providers
• Prepare and manage the facilities budget and ensure cost-effective operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinate with Environmental, Safety & Health
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment with timely replenishment
