We value respectful collaboration, make sure everyone's work matters, and recognize each person's efforts.
As an Industrial Business Development and Sales Rep, you will spend most days meeting new and current customers in person. You will look for new opportunities, grow your list of possible customers, and keep in touch through calls, emails, and meetings. Your job is to listen to what customers need, show them how our products and services can help, and work together to find the best solutions. You will build good relationships with people in engineering, purchasing, and operations. You will give presentations, discuss prices, and make deals. Helping current customers, working with your team, and checking your results will be part of your normal routine. You will need to adjust quickly when things change and always try your best to meet your goals.
