Revolution Search Group is seeking a Building Maintenance Mechanic in Grafton, WI for 1st shift. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical equipment, along with keeping facilities running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventive maintenance, service small engines and company vehicles, coordinate with outside contractors, and ensure compliance with OSHA LOTO requirements. A strong mechanical background and safety mindset are essential, with forklift/crane training

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical background and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience performing preventative maintenance and routine mechanical repairs.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Willingness to complete forklift and crane training.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical equipment used in building and facility operations.
• Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance while maintaining accurate service records.
• Maintain and service small engines, forklifts, and company vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and belt and hose replacements.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors on major mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
• Follow all established safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Complete required forklift and crane training.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
