Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and maintaining mechanical equipment for building applications.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance with record keeping, including small engines on forklifts and company cars.
• Experience with tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements.
• Knowledge of OSHA lock out / tag out procedures.
• Forklift and Crane training required.

Responsibilities

• Performs appropriate duties in the installation and maintenance and troubleshooting diagnosis of a variety of mechanical equipment for building applications
• Completes preventive and predictive maintenance on schedule with appropriate record keeping including small engines on forklifts and company cars
• Perform tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, belts and hose replacements as needed
• Partners with outside suppliers contracted to do major mechanical and electrical installations and repair
• Understands and appropriately uses OSHA lock out / tag out requirements
• Follows all safety procedures and provides the guidance and enforcement of safety procedures and practices
• Forklift and Crane training required
• Other duties as assigned
