Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boiler and support systems to meet production goals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Maintain boiler logs, water chemical reports, and related documents.
• Ensure safe operation and follow procedures to prevent injuries.
• Unload cooking oil and fuel oil to processing lines and storage tanks.
