Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC in Jamesville, New York seeks an Auxiliary Operator to join our team in operating and inspecting power plant systems safely and efficiently. You will work with the facility control room to maintain process reliability and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring boiler plant auxiliary equipment, reading gauges and meters, handling material sampling and water treatment as required, and operating heavy equipment such as cranes, skid steers, loaders, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect power plant systems safely per procedures.
• Monitor boiler plant auxiliary equipment including pumps and valves.
• Read meters and gauges to identify trends or disruptions.
• Safely operate heavy industrial mobile equipment (cranes, skid steers, loaders, forklifts).
• Assist with material sampling, chemistry testing and water treatment as required.
