Qualifications

• 2+ years of bakery production experience.
• Able to read and follow detailed recipes and schedules.
• Physically capable to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain SERV Safe.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix large quantities of ingredients.
• Prepare batters, doughs, fillings, and icings according to recipes.
• Operate ovens, proofers, conveyors, and baking machinery with temperature control.
• Knead, shape, and load dough into pans or sheets.
• Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for distribution or wholesale.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues.
