Job summary

K&K Technical Group in Georgetown, KY is seeking an Assembly SEIBI Technician to support automotive manufacturing operations. You will install, commission, program PLCs, and troubleshoot automated equipment on-site at a high-volume facility.

The role requires hands-on electrical/control experience, with travel up to 50% and overtime as needed. This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position in Georgetown, KY.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance, automation, or electrical controls experience.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills with Toyopuc, Siemens, or Omron.
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical circuits, control systems, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
• Experience with automated equipment installation, troubleshooting, or commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial PLC systems (Toyopuc, Siemens, Omron, etc.).
• Review mechanical and electrical drawings, equipment specifications, and control system designs.
• Perform equipment inspections, vendor buyoffs, and functional testing before installation.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and maintenance personnel to resolve issues.
