Job summary

IS International Services is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive capital and improvement initiatives across manufacturing and automation environments.

You will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with senior stakeholders to keep multiple initiatives moving forward. Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools and CAD software is desirable, with PMP preferred and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractor and vendor coordination.
• Experience in mechanical, construction, or manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with formal project scheduling and tracking.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Available for weekend work, plant shutdown support and off-hours coordination.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project, ClickUp, or Asana is a plus.
• Experience with QA/change control in project execution is a plus.
• Experience with 2D CAD software such as AutoCAD or DraftSight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects focused on manufacturing equipment, automation, facility improvements, and capital investments.
• Manage contractors, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance across active projects.
• Coordinate with senior project managers and key stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
