Zusammenfassung

Freudenberg is seeking an Automation & Controls Technician to modify, diagnose, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley/Siemens) and to maintain and update PLC programs. You will also program and calibrate robotics systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support system integration with vision and control technologies.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent, 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or automation experience, and strong knowledge of electrical wiring, servo/drive

Qualifikationen

Technical degree or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance or automation.
3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or automation support, preferably within automotive manufacturing.
Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and robotics systems.

Aufgaben

Modify, diagnose, and troubleshoot PLC systems to ensure efficient machine operation.
Maintain and back up PLC programs and related documentation; assist in control upgrades.
Write/modify robot programs and calibrations; perform PMs and system integration.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, sensors, and communication networks to minimize downtime.
Document changes in CMMS and comply with safety standards.
