Job summary

Mechatronic Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base across Eastern Wisconsin. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and provide technical expertise in automation technologies.

The role requires consultative selling of robotics, motion control, pneumatics, machine vision, and related systems. You will work with customers, suppliers, and engineers to identify opportunities from concept to implementation,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Automation Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience in industrial automation or technical sales and applications engineering.
• Working knowledge of robotics, motion control, pneumatics, machine vision, machine safety, industrial controls, and electromechanical automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
• Understand customer operations and align automation solutions with their goals.
• Collaborate with customers through design to implementation, offering technical recommendations.
• Deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Application Engineers and Automation Specialists to support solutions.
• Travel throughout Eastern Wisconsin to support customers and prospect new business.
