The role focuses on relationship-building, prospecting, and presenting integrated automation solutions to drive business outcomes, with a priority on growing a robust Salesforce-managed pipeline.

Qualifications

• Industrial automation, controls, robotics or related experience.
• Technical B2B or outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing, or business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of product lines and automation industry.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers to grow the territory.
• Prospect and develop new accounts through outreach, leads, and networking.
• Provide customers with live product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal solutions group and supplier partners to develop solutions.
• Present solutions connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce.
