ACE Controls, a Houston-based industrial automation and systems integration company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand opportunities across Texas. The role focuses on technical sales, account management, and establishing strong customer relationships with end users, contractors, engineers, OEMs, and manufacturers.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years in business development or technical sales in industrial automation or related field.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in industrial automation, controls, systems integration, and electrical services markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate activity tracking and forecasting.
• Represent ACE Controls in customer meetings, facility visits, and industry events.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to develop scopes, budgets, and proposals.
