The role includes identifying opportunities in new industries, building relationships with end users and partners, and collaborating with engineering, estimating, and project teams.

The position is hybrid and requires travel across Texas, with regular visits to ACE Controls' Houston office and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in business development, technical sales, industrial automation, electrical controls, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue qualified opportunities in new industries and ACE Controls' existing markets.
• Prospect via direct outreach, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline with accurate activity, opportunity, and forecast information.
• Represent ACE Controls in customer meetings, facility visits, and industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, contractors, engineers, and manufacturers.
• Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, technical capability, and profitability, and coordinate with estimates, engineering, and project management.
