Job summary

ACE Controls designs and integrates industrial automation solutions across water, food & beverage, and OEM industries. The Business Development Manager will drive profitable growth by identifying new opportunities and building partner networks across Texas, while leading market expansion with the support of engineering and estimating teams.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation sales, a technical degree, and strong presentation and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in business development, technical sales, or related fields.
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical controls, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan.
• Identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Prospect via outreach, referrals, networking, and events.
• Maintain a sustainable pipeline with forecast data.
• Represent ACE Controls in meetings, visits, and events.
