Job summary

Eastern Controls is hiring an Application Specialist I to join our industrial automation team. You will work with engineers and sales professionals to identify the right solutions for customers, prepare quotations, and support projects.

Qualifications

Proficiency with MS Office suite; advanced Excel a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to learn technical products quickly.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer quotations and RFQs.
Recommend standard product solutions based on customer needs.
Collaborate with outside sales to develop customer solutions.
Communicate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate customer and project info in CRM; support order processing and delivery coordination.
Identify opportunities to expand solutions with complementary products.
