Job summary

Eastern Controls LLC is seeking a Process Control Training Specialist to deliver high-quality technical training on process instrumentation and industrial automation. You will conduct instructor-led sessions at company facilities, customer sites, and virtually, covering installation, configuration, commissioning, diagnostics, and maintenance of instrumentation.

Your role includes developing materials, updating course content, and collaborating with Sales, Service, Marketing, and manufacturing

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in process instrumentation, industrial automation, field service, technical support, or applications engineering.
Experience commissioning, configuring, and troubleshooting industrial instrumentation.
Previous customer training, mentoring, or instructional experience preferred.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led technical training at company facilities, customer sites, and through virtual platforms.
Conduct hands-on training covering installation, configuration, commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation.
Train customers on modern device configuration software, Ethernet-based industrial communications, and industry best practices.
Evaluate customer knowledge and tailor training programs to meet specific application and operational requirements.
Promote safe work practices and proper instrumentation lifecycle management.
