EandM is seeking an Account Manager to join our Los Angeles area sales team. You will build direct relationships, prospect new accounts, and drive revenue with industrial automation solutions. This role blends field visits with remote work and requires a proactive, tech-savvy approach.

You'll work with engineers and operations teams, log activities in CRM, and participate in roadshows and trainings. A technical background is valued, and all experience levels are considered.

Competenze

• Proven sales experience — ability to initiate customer contact and grow revenue with new and existing customers.
• Computer literacy and strong organizational skills, with a commitment to documenting sales activity.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain direct customer relationships, including prospecting and building relationships with new accounts.
• Log sales activities (phone calls, site visits, quotes) in our CRM to stay on track.
• Evaluate potential accounts by assessing account potential, competition, and business needs.
• Provide sales support at roadshows and workshops.
• Follow up on leads generated through ongoing marketing programs.
• Identify the cost of a customer's problem and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Maintain a high daily volume of calls and customer visits in a high-volume environment.
