Horn Solutions in Texas is seeking an Industrial Associate Property Manager to join our portfolio of single-tenant, industrial assets. You will work under the Senior Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, financial oversight, and asset stewardship, with a clear path toward property manager responsibilities.

The role emphasizes NNN lease administration, crane-served facilities, and compliance with local and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of industrial property or asset management experience.
• Strong background with single-tenant NNN industrial assets.
• Yardi proficiency and basic financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset & Owner Representation: act as an extension of ownership with a long-term hold mindset and regular reporting.
• Lease & Tenant Management (NNN): manage industrial tenants, administer NNN leases, ensure compliance with obligations.
• Industrial Operations Oversight: monitor building systems, cranes, electrical, HVAC, and maintenance.
• Financial Oversight: prepare operating budgets and review rent collections and reimbursements.
• Capital Planning & Projects: assist in planning capital improvements and coordinate contractors.
• Compliance, Risk & Safety: ensure regulatory compliance and manage safety concerns.
