Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of ownership with a long‑term, capital preservation mindset.
• Serve as primary tenant contact, enforcing single‑tenant NNN leases.
• Oversee building condition and performance for complex industrial systems.
• Prepare budgets and support insurance and risk management.
• Assist with capital improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
