Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings.
• Able to lift heavy items with team support.
• Familiar with standard hand/power tools used in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
• Good communication and team-first attitude.
• Ability to assist in team lifts of 100-180 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team to meet daily production goals.
• Interpret and understand engineering blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly.
• Assemble products, sub-assemblies, and parts using various tools and techniques.
• Perform adjustments, repairs, and rework to meet quality standards and specs.
• Operate power drills, saws, hand tools, tape measures, and levels.
• Follow procedures, safety protocols, and production directives; maintain tools.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with 5S standards.
