Qualifications

• Read and interpret shop tickets to prepare interior/exterior door units.
• Able to perform basic calculations, including fractions.
• Must read a tape measure to 1/16th inch.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance for 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train on the production floor.
• Prepare quality interior/exterior door units for assembly/packaging.
• Verify materials against work orders and inspect for defects.
• Operate equipment including chop saw, table saw, router, and air tools.
• Ensure finished products meet tolerances and customer specs.
• Document quality issues per procedures and maintain housekeeping and safety.
