Top Echelon LLC is seeking an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician – Industrial Electrical & PSM for a 2nd shift, on-site role in the Greater Madison Area, WI. The position offers $42.00–$44.00/hour starting base with premium overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will maintain NH3 refrigeration systems, troubleshoot electrical networks, ensure PSM/OSHA compliance, and document activities in a CMMS.

Qualifications

2+ years ammonia refrigeration experience in a manufacturing, cold storage, or processing facility.
2+ years industrial electrical diagnostics and high-voltage system troubleshooting.
Willingness to work a permanent 2nd shift (Mon-Fri).
Stable employment history with good attendance.
Residence within 45 minutes driving distance of Greater Madison, WI.
Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Maintain industrial ammonia infrastructure with preventive maintenance and rapid fault tracing across NH3 systems.
Troubleshoot electrical networks, MCCs, and control circuits safely.
Ensure PSM, RMP, OSHA compliance in daily operations.
Support plant facility operations to maintain uninterrupted 2nd shift production.
Document daily logs and work orders in the CMMS.
