Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on ammonia refrigeration experience in manufacturing or processing facilities.
• 2+ years industrial electrical diagnostics and power distribution troubleshooting.
• Permanent residence within daily 45-minute radius of Greater Madison, WI.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ammonia infrastructure, perform preventive maintenance, fault tracing, and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical networks, MCCs, control circuits, and electrical panels safely.
• Ensure PSM and OSHA compliance with safety leadership and documentation.
• Support plant operations to ensure uninterrupted 2nd shift production.
• Record daily logs and manage digital CMMS documentation.
