Tom Trese Networking LLC in Greater Madison, WI seeks an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician – Industrial Electrical & PSM for a permanent 2nd shift. You will maintain ammonia refrigeration loops, diagnose complex electrical systems, and ensure strict PSM compliance in a busy food manufacturing facility.

This on-site role offers $42.00–$44.00 per hour, time-and-a-half after 8 hours, weekend premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on ammonia refrigeration experience in a manufacturing or processing facility.
• 2+ years industrial electrical diagnostics experience with 3-phase power.
• Permanent 2nd shift (Mon-Fri) commitment and on-site work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Industrial Ammonia Infrastructure: preventive maintenance, fault-tracing, and repairs across ammonia loops, compressors, condensers, and chillers.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Networks: inspect and repair plant power distribution, MCCs, and electrical panels.
• Ensure PSM & Regulatory Compliance: enforce PSM, RMP, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Support Plant Operations: sustain 2nd shift production through mechanical and utility maintenance.
• Maintain Digital Records: log parameters and work orders in the CMMS.
