The 100% on-site position requires 2+ years ammonia refrigeration and 2+ years industrial electrical experience, with RETA preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years ammonia refrigeration experience in a manufacturing, cold storage, or processing facility.
2+ years industrial electrical diagnostics experience.
2nd shift schedule commitment (Mon–Fri).
Legal authorization to work in the United States (Citizen or Green Card).
RETA credentials preferred (CARO/CIRO) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain Industrial Ammonia Infrastructure: preventive maintenance, fault-tracing, and emergency repairs across ammonia loops, screw compressors, condensers, and chillers.
Troubleshoot Industrial Electrical Networks: inspect/test/repair power distribution, MCCs, control circuits, and electrical panels.
Ensure PSM & regulatory compliance with safety leadership and OSHA protocols.
Support Plant Facility Operations: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility maintenance for uninterrupted production.
Maintain digital compliance records: daily logs and work orders in the CMMS.
