Qualifications

• 2+ years of ammonia refrigeration experience in a manufacturing or processing facility.
• 2+ years of industrial electrical diagnostics with 3-phase power and power distribution.
• Permanent 2nd shift (Mon–Fri) with on-site work only.
• Stable employment history and reliable attendance.
• Residence within 45 minutes of Greater Madison, WI; U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial ammonia infrastructure, perform preventive maintenance and rapid fault-tracing across NH3 systems.
• Troubleshoot 3-phase power distribution and electrical panels safely.
• Ensure compliance with PSM, RMP and OSHA protocols.
• Support plant operations to sustain 2nd shift production.
• Document logs and work orders in the CMMS system.
