Competenze

• Proven experience as Administrative Assistant or similar role (2+ years).
• Experience in a heavy industrial site is a plus.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective time management to prioritize tasks.

• Purchase duties: obtain quotes, create requisitions, match POs to invoices in JD Edwards.
• Assist payroll: track time and attendance.
• Handle HR issues: new hire paperwork and forms.
• Recruit hourly staff.
