Phoenix Mecano North America is seeking an Account Manager to handle inbound and outbound sales, manage assigned customer accounts, and support new customers from the Frederick, MD area. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes maintaining CRM records, engaging customers via LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and providing product and application information across industries.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Inside Sales experience.
• Strong Account Management and Relationship Building to maintain and grow customer accounts.
• Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with focus on responsiveness and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Understand customers' business needs and recommend appropriate products/services; prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
