Job summary

Evolution Swim Academy is hiring Swim Instructors to join our team in Orange County. We provide training on our learn-to-swim curriculum, ensuring consistent weekly hours and quarterly raises. This is a part-time role with opportunities for promotion and ongoing development.

Two local locations—Mission Viejo and Rancho Mission Viejo—offer flexible shifts Mon-Fri and weekends. Starting pay is $17.50/hour with quarterly pay raises and a pathway to certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or related setting preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and class schedules.
• Willingness to complete instructor training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete new instructor training and attend quarterly trainings.
• Enforce safety guidelines to protect students and staff.
• Maintain active supervision of swimmers at all times.
• Build swimmer confidence by celebrating progress and encouraging effort.
• Adapt instruction to meet individual learner needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with families.
