Job summary

Evolution Swim Academy, a premier learn-to-swim school in Orange County, is hiring year-round, part-time Swim Instructors at our Mission Viejo and Rancho Mission Viejo locations.

As an Evolution Swim Instructor, you’ll teach children life‑saving water skills, build confidence, and celebrate accomplishments in a fun, active pool setting. No experience? we provide paid training to become a successful instructor.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in aquatics is a plus but not required.
• Paid training is provided to become a certified Evolution Swim Instructor.
• Ability to stand around pool and assist swimmers for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Teach fun and engaging swim lessons
• Help children develop essential swimming and water-safety skills
• Build confidence and celebrate swimmer progress
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about swimmer progress
