Qualifications

• At least 18 years old; able to tread water, lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate swim techniques safely.
• First Aid/CPR/AED (Infant/Child/Adult) — or willingness to obtain with guidance.
• No prior teaching experience required — training and mentorship provided.
• Swim assessment conducted during training.

Responsibilities
