Evolution Swim Academy is hiring year-round, part-time Swim Instructors at our Mission Viejo and Rancho Mission Viejo locations. You’ll help children learn life‑saving water skills, build confidence, and celebrate accomplishments in and out of the pool.

No swim-teaching experience? We provide comprehensive paid training and teach you everything you need to become a successful Evolution Swim Instructor. Join a team that values safety, growth, and community impact.
